Workouts are designed and progressed in real time, allowing us to adapt based on how you’re moving and feeling that day. With a physical therapy background, we account for current or past injuries, pain, and surgical history to ensure you’re training safely while continuing to build strength, improve performance, and reduce risk of injury.

🔹 Custom Workout Membership (Program + App Access) For those who want structure and guidance between visits, we offer membership options that include a fully customized workout program designed specifically for you. Your plan is built around your individual body, goals, injury history, and available equipment (home or gym).

Your program is updated monthly and delivered through our app, where you’ll have access to guided exercise videos and the ability to track weights, repetitions, and overall progress. This is a great option for staying consistent, accountable, and progressing long-term.

🔹 Pilates Reformer The Pilates Reformer is used to improve strength, control, and movement quality through low-impact, resistance-based exercise. It emphasizes core stability, alignment, and proper movement patterns, making it an excellent option for both rehabilitation and performance training. It’s especially helpful for building strength while minimizing stress on joints and reducing compensatory movement patterns.

🔹 Elite Pickleball Training Designed for high-level athletes, this program focuses on maximizing physical potential for professional pickleball. We integrate sport-specific strength, agility, footwork, plyometrics, and balance to enhance power, agility, and resilience—giving elite players the edge they need to compete at the highest level.

🔹 Group Fitness Classes Our group classes are designed to build strength, improve overall fitness, and support long-term wellness through functional, engaging movement. Led by a licensed physical therapist, each class blends clinical insight with dynamic programming to meet a wide range of fitness goals.
